After making India proud with her silver medal win in the 49kg category at the Tokyo Olympics, she returned to India and straightway went to Imphal to meet her family after 2 years. If we go by reports, she did not eat a single thing two days prior to her final competition.
And as she returned home, the 26-year-old weightlifter savoured some homemade food in traditional Indian style with hands.

On Thursday night, she posted a picture of enjoying homemade food and wrote, "That smile when you finally eat ghar ka khana after 2 years.

During a Facebook Live, she had mentioned that the posture aligns the spine and every time you sit cross-legged on the floor, it also helps you get the perfect square shoulder, which increases your focus on what you are eating and how. This focus helps you control the habit of overeating.
